China's Four Great Inventions
Papermaking is one of China's four great inventions. Paper is the crystallization of the long-term experience and wisdom of the ancient Chinese working people. It is an outstanding invention in the history of human civilization.
In the first year of Yuanxing in the Eastern Han Dynasty (105), Cai Lun improved papermaking. He used bark, hemp heads, old cloth, fishnets and other raw materials, and made paper through processes such as crushing, pounding, frying and baking. This is the origin of modern paper. The raw materials of this kind of paper are easy to find and very cheap. The quality has also improved and it has gradually become widely used. In order to commemorate Cai Lun's achievements, later generations called this kind of paper "Cai Hou Paper".
During the Tang Dynasty, people used bamboo as raw material to make bamboo paper, which marked a major breakthrough in papermaking technology. The success of bamboo papermaking shows that ancient Chinese papermaking technology has reached a fairly mature level.
In the Tang Dynasty, processing technologies such as adding alum, adding glue, applying powder, sprinkling gold, and dyeing came out one after another in the papermaking process, laying a technical foundation for the production of various craft papers. The quality of the paper produced is getting higher and higher, and there are more and more varieties. From the Tang Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, in addition to ordinary paper, China produced various colored wax paper, cold gold, inlaid gold, ribbed, mud gold and silver plus painting, calendared paper and other precious papers, as well as various rice papers, wallpapers, flower papers, etc. Making paper a necessity for people's cultural life and daily life. The invention and development of paper also went through a tortuous process.
The Origin of Bamboo
In his novel "The Mountain", Liu Cixin described another planet in the dense universe, calling it the "bubble world". This planet is exactly the opposite of the Earth. It is a spherical space with a radius of 3,000 kilometers, surrounded by huge rock layers in three dimensions. In other words, in the "bubble world", no matter which direction you go to the end, you will encounter a dense rock wall, and this rock wall extends infinitely in all directions, just like a bubble hidden in an infinitely large solid.
This imaginary "bubble world" has a negative relationship with our known universe and the Earth, a completely opposite existence.
And bamboo itself also has the meaning of "bubble world". The curved bamboo body forms a cavity, and together with the horizontal bamboo nodes, it forms a pure internal belly space. Compared with other solid trees, bamboo is also a "bubble world". Modern bamboo pulp paper is a modern household paper made of virgin bamboo pulp and manufactured with international fully automated equipment. As the field of daily necessities manufacturing pays more and more attention to the use of bamboo pulp, people are more and more curious about the characteristics and history of bamboo paper. It is said that those who use bamboo must know the origin of bamboo.
Tracing back to the origin of bamboo paper, there are two main views in the academic community: one is that bamboo paper began in the Jin Dynasty; the other is that bamboo paper began in the Tang Dynasty. Bamboo pulp papermaking requires high technical requirements and is relatively complex. Only in the Tang Dynasty, when papermaking technology was highly developed, could this breakthrough be achieved, laying the foundation for the great development of bamboo paper in the Song Dynasty.
Bamboo pulp paper production process
1. Air-dried bamboo: select tall and slender bamboo, cut off the branches and leaves, cut the bamboo into sections, and transport them to the material yard. Wash the bamboo slices with clean water, remove the mud and sand impurities, and then transport them to the stacking yard for stacking. Natural air drying for 3 months, remove excess water for standby.
2. Six-pass screening: wash the air-dried raw materials with clean water several times after unloading to completely remove impurities such as mud, dust, bamboo skin, and cut them into bamboo slices that meet the specifications, and then enter the silo for standby after 6 screenings.
3. High-temperature cooking: remove lignin and non-fiber components, send the bamboo slices from the silo to the pre-steamer for cooking, then enter the high-strength screw extruder for strong extrusion and pressure, then enter the second-stage pre-steamer for cooking, and finally enter the 20-meter-high vertical steamer for formal high-temperature and high-pressure replacement cooking. Then put it into the pulp tower for heat preservation and cooking.
4. Physical pulping into paper: The paper towels are pulped by physical methods throughout the process. The production process is harmless to the human body, and the finished product has no harmful chemical residues, which is healthy and safe. Use natural gas instead of traditional fuel to avoid smoke pollution. Remove the bleaching process, retain the original color of plant fibers, reduce production water consumption, avoid the discharge of bleaching wastewater, and protect the environment.
Finally, the natural color pulp is squeezed, dried, and then cut into corresponding specifications for packaging, transportation, sales and use.
Characteristics of bamboo pulp paper
Bamboo pulp paper is rich in bamboo fiber, which is a natural antibacterial, natural color and non-additive environmentally friendly fiber extracted from bamboo using a special process. It has a wide range of applications. Among them, bamboo contains a bamboo Kun component, which has antibacterial properties, and the bacterial mortality rate can reach more than 75% within 24 hours.
Bamboo pulp paper not only retains the good air permeability and water absorption of bamboo fiber, but also has a good improvement in physical strength.
my country's deep forest area is scarce, but bamboo resources are very rich. It is called the "second deep forest". Yashi Paper's bamboo fiber tissue selects native bamboo and cuts it down reasonably. It not only does not damage the ecology, but also is beneficial to regeneration, and truly achieves green circulation!
Yashi Paper has always adhered to the concept of environmental protection and health, creating high-quality and environmentally friendly native bamboo pulp paper, supporting environmental protection public welfare undertakings in action, insisting on replacing wood with bamboo, and leaving green mountains and clear waters for the future!
It is more reassuring to choose Yashi bamboo pulp paper
Yashi Paper's natural color bamboo fiber tissue inherits the wisdom and skills summed up by people in papermaking in Chinese history, which is smoother and more skin-friendly.
